CCMR's Annual Point Counterpoint Debate - 2016

Rod Hayward, MD, and Anne Sales, PhD, RN, will debate “Are current IRB regulations doing more harm than good?” in a very engaging point-counterpoint format, intended to promote friendly discourse on controversial topics.
